Scientific explenation

OK, I'm not an expert or something, but i guess it has all to do with quantum physics. Sub-atomic particles make most of the energy you send/direct to a target. Our astral body and spirits are full of those too, so they probably affect each other in a certain way. Not sure if i explained it right or made any sense, but thats what i think it could be.
