How can I use the Satanama word of power?
and could someone please explain how to use the Va Vo Vu meditation?

An efficient way to use the word Satanama is repeating it as a mantra for 111 times, a sun number, or you could go for 100, a solid number of power for almost everything. You can use the word before a kundalini yoga session, by repeating it for 10 times, and focus on the vibration through your entire body and chakras.
At least this is what works for me, Satanama is one of the strongest words for empowering your soul, do you rep then focus intensively on the energy, the more you'll do this the more you'll understand the meaning of it.
The other meditation is used to raise your energy before a ritual or a spiritual work of your own. Even tho both can be useful to raise your energy the second is likely used if you are short in time, or want to go straight to the point. But both are really effective, and as always depends on which one you prefer or feel it's better for what you're committing.
We have many meditation or way to raise our energies outside these two, it's always up to us decide and understand which one is better.

Lilith's Vu/Va/Vo

You vibrate VU on your solar chakra in the middle, Va in the middle center chakra, and Vo on the center 6th chakra.

It's a mini-king and queen meditation for spiritual warfare and general empowerment. It's not the KnQ nor the Full KnQ which involves all pairs of male and female chakras.

But it's powerful for spiritual warfare or general empowerment.

I'll post the VVV meditation you can also use multiples 6-12-18-24-32 etc.etc.

https://satanslibrary.org/Rtrs/Raising_Energies.html

Primarily we use it for Spiritual Warfare in fact it's nice cause if you feel overcharged you can donate energy to Satan and perform passive spiritual warfare. I'm sure the energy can be used for something like returning curses and cleaning yourself to perform extra spiritual warfare.

Nice detailed instructions. Can guardians or more experienced members confirm if these are ok? Maybe some details have been modified thus rendering the whole procedure less effective or even dangerous. Seems ok to me at first glance but then I'm not an expert in yoga like some of the brothers and sisters we have here.

Satanama is a great mantra that is currently underrated in its benefits, due to a lack of full knowledge on this. The procedures shown in the link are ok, although I don't think one needs to chant how loud they vibrate. The mudra they display also correlates with what I have seen in the past, and does touch on each of the elements.

Don't read too much into their New Age explanations for things. We know Satanama is a balanced mudra, connected to Satan, and has a deep relevance to our evolution. This is different from another mantra which may be used for generating fire, or something.

With all mantras, you can change how you use them. You don't need to do a full "31 minutes" like they say here. Instead, you can chant it in multiples of 13 or 40, for example, then make sure to program it. A basic programming could be something like "this energy has permanently advanced my soul, in the best manner for me". After this, visualize this happening then meditate for 1 minute or more on the energy.

Kundaliniyoga.org and yogatech.org is where I first learned about Kundalini and Yoga dang near twenty years ago now. I've had some very life-changing and powerful effects from doing those exercises and there is always something more to unfold. There is a complete course for beginners (that is just as good for advanced practitioners as well!) on Kundaliniyoga.org so no excuses! ;-)

I never associated Satan/Lucifer with Kundalini Yoga back in my early days (didn't have the framework), but he has ABSOLUTELY made His presence known to me that He is behind this power 100%. It's glorious. He's been with me the whole time and I didn't even know it! Satan/Lucifer is VERY strong with this "Sa Ta Na Ma" mantra and meditation in particular. Bringer of Light? ABSOLUTELY! Can change your life in all the right ways!

SAT NAM!
AVE SATANAS!
HAIL SATAN!

I would not discredit their instructions on time spent in meditation as hastily as you do. Furthermore, specific repetitions are less accurate in measuring output than time spent in meditation since no time spent per repetition is announced.

I have to agree with Henu on a scientific basis of time isn't bad. If your spending 31 minutes doing it figure out how much SATANAMA you repeat per period of time and then figure out maybe 31 minutes is 88 or 100 or some number of repetitions. I'd say lower than higher as SATANAMA is a long mantra.

The reason why I have to agree with Henu is a scientific study where meditation researches performed several operations with SATANAMA on elder/old people 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes and discovered sorta like Mindfulness even just a few minutes of chanting SATANAMA despite not vibrating it like we do nor affirming nor imprinting a metaphysical image.

Even just a few minutes to several tens of minutes up to 20 shows benefits. So the elderly people even if chanted in a corrupted manner experienced positive benefits of many different kinds. I believe the studies show if they continued on every day for the period or periods of time it would show various term improvements.

Of course it's not a magick bullet but SATANAMA even just chanting it a bit has improvements in the cerebral part.

These people do research to show that no matter how silly spirituality might seem deep inside our sensory technology it shows improvement in a small way. Science explaining the occult.

Thanx OP for asking this as I was about to. Also Blitz, Henu and Gear thank you for the explanations. One more follow up question: If SATANAMA is combined with AUM how is it most logical to do this from a math perspective? Is it better to have each repetition with both or is AUM better to be added after 10 or some other number of reps? I get some instructions from time to time but am not sure if I'm deciphering/reading/hearing them right. If or rather when my mind and senses get stronger and better attuned I won't have to ask these questions but for now it feels better to have some confirmation from more experienced ppl.
