Sowilo is the Sun rune and the rune of the solar plexus, which is the powerhouse chakra, and for healing. This rune can be used on all the chakras.
When used with other runes it activates and empowers them.
Note: Crystal of clear quartz is used to direct energy to the chakras. Clear crystal quartz can be used to energize other crystals like rose quartz for physical/emotional healing, depending on the chakra, eg. Throat chakra.

Though I been just using raum for My Healing energy plus instead of using it for my arua I also Started using it on all my Chakras .I do 108 reps 15 per chakra Though I am trying to also do 108 reps to my arua right after doing my Chakras Only using white Gold energy if I can't get in the Sun I use a 60 Watt soft white light bulb Hail Zeus Hail Satanas Hail Agares

As stated, Sowilo is the rune to use if you want to energize all of your chakras.
How long have you been working on opening your chakras? This should be done to on a regular basis to keep them open. Remember to not roll the 'R' when doing the solar plexus.
RAUM: This meditation empowers the entire soul and should only be done when the chakras are open. Make sure you roll the 'R' for this. The heart chakra is a connector, and energy vibrated into it from below will then connect to and transfer into the upper chakras in the second part of the meditation. Just be aware, this is exceptionally powerful, and you will definitely feel it the very first time. I always do aura cleaning and breathing exercises (pranayama) before and after meditation. To explain; you do stretch and breathing before a run, in the same way, when you work on the chakras you start a "revitalizing process". You are building up bioenergy (prana, chi) when doing breathing exercises, and yoga opens up your energy channels (nadis). When I first did RAUM and other advanced meditations like Kirtan Kriya I got headaches and shortness of breath, because of lack of prana circulation.
What happens then when you meditate you vibrate power words (mantras) into the chakras, and it activates and opens them, and they in turn send bioenergy to the nadis - the soul/body (tree of life), and we then reap the rewards of this (fruit of the tree of life) with a healthy body, and clairvoyant abilities.

I'm just telling you these things to save you the trouble of making the same mistakes.
