Many thanks :) I'd never done this...
It's probably no surprise to many here, but immediately after I read the prayer (under my breath of course because my xtian family members are around), I felt what I can only describe as a weight lifting off me, followed by an intense feeling of relaxation. It was the most wonderful thing I've felt in quite some time.
