I noticed when I used fluoride toothpaste and mouthwash, my mouth would get cold sores from it and sometimes itchy.

yes, this is an excellent point.
Buy special water pitchers.I plan to buy a reverse osmosis water pitcher to get rid of the fluoride once I move out.We already treat our water here in the pipes so we don't need one here but in my new place I will need to get one.
As I recall there are 3 types of filters that remove Fluoride, reverse osmosis filters are the only ones I remember by name,

If you use a filter or whatever to get the fluoride and other gross shit out of you water make sure you remineralize the neutral (filtered) water with saaaay,,,,.... Himalayan salt or something of that sort.

That's a good point. I actually buy distilled water (don't have a place where I can install a filter, but going to soon), and put himalayan salt in it. Works quite well. The water almost becomes sweet (in a good way)

For taste, bottled water manufacturers (?...Do they ACTUALLY manufacture the water? LOL) add small amounts of salt, calcium and potassium to their filtered water, for taste. A lot would hurt you but a tiny tiny bit won't.

They add it because the average person finds distilled water too pure to taste right. (I like it, myself.but, we are talking outsiders, here.). I've also found the old standard of lemon juice in distilled water makes for a nice change of scene, sometimes.

Distilled water can still have flouride in it.

Only if you put too much. Your body NEEDS minerals such as sodium and such (himalayan salts provide quite a few different minerals besides sodium). If you have distilled water, or water by reverse osmosis (which is essentially necessary to be free of fluoride in your water these days) then you HAVE to add minerals to it, otherwise your body will not absorb the water very well, and will go right through you. Causing you to be dehydrated.
