Well that depends... Its mostly nutritional problems in the first place that make you prone to have a hart-attack. But it can also be someone (knowing or unknowing) that has problems too that you can absorb and pick up that negative energy and weaken your defences (Spiritual and physical) and might force this entergy upon you as well.
