Raising death energy from an image

I was wondering if it would be as effective to raise energy from a picture of a place as opposed to being in the place itself. I would like to use grey/death energy to do away with someone in a comfortable place and not having to make a trip to the local cemetary every day. In addition, if you have any experience with killing, please post it, so I and others here can learn from your wonderful experiences of using black magick for killing.
