is the indian version of the kundalini a correct method of doing this or not? I looked it up and there was some videos on you tube about this. so I am curious if I follow the directions on this by the hindu indians will this be correct? thanks for answerinf in any way.

Rick, most kundalini yoga or breathing exercises is correct, their teachings are wrong. Yeah, you should try those they work but ignore any stupid teachings like loving everyone or becoming celibate or vegetarian or any stupid warnings like if you don't love everyone the kundalini is gonna harm you. This is just bs.
