3. The Munka meditation is more for removing hangups and issues imprinted on the soul from past life, and past experiances/traumas. Not necessarily for people. However it can help when it comes to issues that involve certain people. But in most cases it is better to do the detatching meditation. There is also an example of an affirmation on the "Aura and How to Use it" page that works well for detatching people.

Munka does exist I came across it personally in my study. Its one on the numerous titles of Siva as image of the boar who destroys impurity. Which from experience is what it does.

i see what you mean about xtians messing with your chakras. some time ago i posted on here asking if satan would "forgive me" for being forced to go to church with my family...well the havoc the sermons and shit were playing with my mind got so bad that recently i said "you know what, FUCK IT!! I dont have to tell people im Zevism, but i WILL tell them im not an xtian anymore and have not been for quite some time...my parents are pussies anyway who hardly ever punish anyone for anything, whatever they will do to me is not as bad as this" so i came out, and even though im not nearly as apprediated as i was...at least i dont have to go to church anymore.\

Haha, well, that is the reason I responded to that brainwashed filth as well, and tried to "explain" some things... Because that piece of crap had outraged me!!But yeah, it's really not worth it!Do not even do astral projection for his sake, I mean really, why waste your time on a piece of shit like him?\
Do something else, you could do the Detach meditation, to detach *him* from your chakras etc etc etc...Believe me, I got the experience from first hand, and it's something really horrible...
