I had to go on a long road trip for work and hadn't slept but maybe 4 hours in 3 days. I decided to spend my extra time meditating and tried to blue light meditation for the first time. It was the most intense thing I have ever experienced, almost to the point I couldn't handle it. I guess my question is, does sleep depirvation promote or hinder spiritual progress? I feel like a got A LOT more accomplished through this but I'm worried about the possible side effects that come with it. Any information is greatly appreciated. Hail Satan and Hail the Gods of Duat!

Try not to make a habit of sleeping only 4 hours. Our body needs between 8-10 hours. Meditation does give one energy , I noticed. So does vibrating runes.Glad to hear you had success with the Blue Light Meditation. :)Hail Satan!
