Hey brothers and sisters. I was just wondering if I was doing this right in regards with feeling energy. First off I know that for each person its different, but some have the same experiences.
When I try to get a feel for energy, I close my eyes and will the energy to gather all around me and breath it in (when I do the exercise I feel something so I assume it is how I sense energy) with every inhale as it states on the JOS site. Now, for me it feels like my entire body expands and I begin to sweat, mainly my palms, back, and feet and I can feel my finger tips tingle and my palm chakras slightly tingle and itch. While this is all happening I feel myself warm up from the outside in, and it overall just seems so powerful that it feels it could come into the physical, I feel pumped as if I were weightlifting, and it feels as thou my whole upper body swells. When I then open my eyes, everything is more vivid and I am calm and relaxed and have that feeling of Fathers Presence (like the feeling we get after doing the dedication ritual)
I am confused if this is how I sense energy or just my own.. I've been to many haunted places, but for me when I sense a deceased being near(without invoking the entity), I feel pressure on my spine, my back tends to get a bit heavy, I feel in mortal danger and I feel the air and energy as a cold miniature cloud shape as I walk threw it and it literally can give me goosebumps.. It makes me alert and defensive. But after revisits of the sites, it goes away and the feeling changes when I later walk into it, it feels welcoming as if they thought I were a threat and now welcome me. All except for 1 location and it was quite clear.
Now, is it possible what I feel from doing energy work with myself and sensing other beings be completely different, and when I try to sense my own energy is that correct?? I've done the dedication ritual 3 years ago and took up a lot of reading in those years concerning The Occult and Father Satan. I am just now new to the physical aspects of energy workings, as I am going to be doing Warfare training.
