Question about using the Laguz rune for spiritual sensitivity

I have a question about the Laguz rune: The upcoming Pisces Moon will be excellent for working on spiritual sensitivity, as will Samhain/Halloween this year, both very powerful dates for opening the astral senses.

My question is: How can I use the Laguz rune to improve psychic sensitivity and the astral sense of clairvoyance, such as seeing auras with open eyes?

Can it be useful for training in aura vision as an aid?

I have a goal of seeing auras with open eyes. Should I vibrate this rune in my Third Eye, and then what affirmation can I use to direct its energy toward my goal?
