I just have a quick question, so I dedicated about 6-7 years ago, and did the 6 month training program right off the bat, but have since been on and off with meditations. I'm recently starting to buckle back down, and so tonight I did the full chakra meditation since my chakras are weak (though I have had a couple experiences regarding my third eye). I used the necronomicon words, and I vibrated each one 9 times. My question is, is it normal to have felt a headache, almost a migraine (I do suffer from time to time) start when I started on my crown chakra, and disappear when I started my throat chakra?
P.S. I don't normally post, alot of my questions are answered when reading everyone else's, but I was just curious about if this was normal or if it meant anything.
