I have this friend, she's black (mixed race with a white father and a black mother) even though she's mixed race, she doesn't look half white...she's always made it clear that she only gets with white guys, his favorites are blondes with blue eyes...this always made me uncomfortable but I could never say anything or she'd call me racist, I always had to applaud...she's going out with this boy, he seems to be mixed race too or he's just tanned, it's very hot here, you can be as white as you like and you'll be tanned, even if he was mixed race like her, he seems to be much "whiter" than her, you can see that they don't match right ? I know that there are girls who look more like him...they would be seen differently...well, she claims that she doesn't find black men handsome, that it's difficult for them to be...should I cut friendships with her ? or just ignore?
