I saw a post about it, but there was nothing clear about what it really is, what is ADHD and what can I do to get better? (Because it's really hard to concentrate with that)

I saw a post about it, but there was nothing clear about what it really is, what is ADHD and what can I do to get better? (Because it's really hard to concentrate with that)

Do sport, train void meditation, stop getting vaxxed, there were always some children that have more energy then others. It is also not natural to sit all day like the system forces children. Don´t fall for the "you are ill you have to take medicine" trap that will damage your kidneys and make you an addict.
