Post ritual affects.

So, ever since I did the ritual on wednesday, my back, or spine? not sure which has felt kinda hot off and on. Now, I know this is a positive change, and sign, but, what exactly does this mean?

And, I am actually outside on 40 something degree weather, and it is still hot. So, again, what exactly does this mean?

i've actually had a very similar experience today myself! oh and i did the ritual wednesday too. i was outside in -2 degrees temperature (Celseus) when a huge cold gust of wind hit me but it was like i absorbed/repelled it and the air around me became very hot but comfortable and when that happened i had a huge burst/increase in my energies like i could do anything! but yeah its very interesting i would like to know as well
