No the two digits are not ''added together'' Most of our most holy and powerful numbers are more then two digits such as 13, 108, 666 ect ect.... Sounds like you've been listening to enemy information. Be careful with any occult information outside of the JoS as most of it is of the enemy.

In vibrating the runes, like sowilo for example is number 16, does that mean it should b vibrated 16 times or is it 7 times as I heard in magic two digits are added together.

I'm sorry but that is not correct. They are added together to become one digit. 108 is powerful because it equals 9. 1+8=9. 666=9
6+6+6=18 again 18. Which equal 9.
9 is the number of the sun and immortality.
360 degrees make a circle the symbol for immortality. 3+6=9
The swastika is representing four squares. Squares are 90 degrees. 9+0=9
Two squares is 9+9=18 18=9
Three squares is 18+9=27 2+7=9
Four squares is either 36 or four divided by 90 equals 360.
Which makes a perfect circle or 9.
Thus the swastika is really a circle or the sun. It is representing 9. It represents immortality the gold. This is all sacred Geometry.

That said though (and I agree with it in its entirety), when one vibrates runes or mantras, the full amount should be vibrated, not just the added together number.

Well both are powerful. You can vibrate 9 or you can vibrate 108. With the Raum you can vibrate 13 or variables of 13.
