For the past month I have been getting extremely empowered, learned how to use a pendulum, my chakras opened, can feel energy easily and effortlessly. Now I'm working on my astral senses.
But for the past 2-3 weeks I have also been getting illness systems, so I continued empowering myself and my aura and trying to clean it. Recently, I began increasing my vibration and doing the MerKaBa meditation, but now my throat feels sore, and no matter what the illness systems such as congestion, sore throat, I feel pressure nearly everywhere I go like someone/something is trying to effect me negatively. Also, during the past month is when xians started looking at me funny almost daily.
I have also been participating in spiritual warfare.
I think either a lot of enemies or some really strong ones are trying to end me. PS. I have the most symptoms when I wake up in the morning.
It seems to get worse the more I work on my astral senses, as if they do not want me to be able to perceive them through any sense.
What can I do? I asked Father for help not too long ago, but I also believe I have to make some kind of effort to at least ask and look around for an answer.

Please Help - Not Sure What is Going On (Enemy?)

Yeah i have been sick these weeks too and yesterday i felt like a really hard headache and drained. And these days i had been coughing a lot. I too have been doing empowering. Now i suddenly got a pain on my chest and i am thinking i have been attacked on my heart chakra. i am cleaning my aura and chakras right now though.

I have been participating also in cleaning places in my school and warfare ect... The rune i always use is algiz lol sometimes i visualize a BIG algiz in the middle of the room with white golden flames cleaning away all negativity and also the room full of white golden energy like the sun.

Yeah, I'm going to clean me out too. oh yeah, last night I had a accidental visualization of a small grey. SO, I guess someone was trying to tell me that greys are attacking me. Is that common? I thought that greys are the unusual ones to get attacked by.
