i dont know if i did it right if i concentrate on it i feel a pressure but i cant see colours and i did the mantra really weird because i dont get how to do it and i cant afford the cd

Well, in the beginning you won't see colors. That's a little bit later when it's more advanced. It's suppose to have a purple background, with colors coming. But that's later on so keep working on your third eye.
