1st of all - we don't care if somebody is gay, straight, bisexual or asexual.
2nd of all - no. Nobody will cast a death spell on him instead of you because it is you that was hurt by him. It is a good thing to first learn to cast blessings, healings and so forth, to be able to cast curses and death spells. Only you can arouse much hatred to make his miserable existence even more meaningless.
Besides, why to kill? Why not curse him, sipping the sweet nectar of vengeance? You will see his demise, being safe and living your own life.
