I tried this chakra attunment audio from YouTube and it worked great for me and my mother. If you guys want to check it out please do so. I did feel my chakras get almost instantly stimulated by this. And it put me in a very relaxing trance. This is good for those of us who have a hard time entering a trance or doing a hardcore mediataion program it may inspire you a bit hail Satan and hail haures!!!
