Well I woukd say like this. Whatever your soul experienced in the past you bring it with you in your next life. Ofcourse its more than just the sun sign its the whole chart. Generally you would have the same basic personality but not the same. From what I know the things,that you keep or stay the same are your past life experiences or trauma and also how or if you did any spiritual exercises to advance your soul and then that is what makes and shapes your next life. It would manifest through your next lifes astrology chart/personality.
Power meditation changes this and burns all the "seeds of karma". It frees the soul from all negative past life experiences that are currently hindering you and restrictiong you in someway.

For example I born Capricorn, in my past life I apparently was born on a different sign (pretty sure Pisces). So the attributes you have each lifetime are quite different, hence your soul changes. Or I misunderstood? It's a bit confusing.

It takes more than just water to make sure your plant is in optimal health.,Repotting and fertlizing are a few of the things needed. Although I dont understand the "humans to be " statement. I dint know if you are using some buddhist belief but I dont think plants reincarnate into humans...but they are very much aware of things and feel just as we do. They have less of a barrier that we humans do and they are open.
