Ok so on the site it says ''wanning moons'' or ''waxing moons'' but their are 2 phases for each so which one is what?I'm trying to do a banishing ritual but like I said Idk which phase in which I start it in.

It doesn't matter what phase the moon is in. Just do the banishing ritual when the moon is waning.
