I started Richard Hittleman's 28 day Yoga program over 2 weeks ago, and I noticed that some of the positions are nearly impossible for me.
I have quite long legs and arms, but my trunk is relatively short, compared to other people's. For example one of my friends noticed that when we stand I am taller than him, but when we sit, he's taller than me (not just a little, but several inches).
This haven't really bothered me until now, but now that I can't do some yoga positions (for example the full twist - my knee always gets in the way, and there's no way I can do it correctly), it got me thinking.
My question is: does a shorter spine affect the Kundalini process in a negative way?
Thanks in advance.
