Pendulum use...

I'm sure some of you use pendulums to divine or to communicate with various beings...I'm pretty sure I know what most of the "swings" mean, I mean clockwise is Yes, back and forth is also Yes but maybe not as strong a "yes", side-to-side is No, and counterclockwise is emphatically No! I know those...but what about diagonal? I think perhaps it means "maybe" or I have not asked the right question and the entity needs more info...also, I use a homemade board with the pendulum (I made the pendulum as well) and I tried saying I wanted to talk to my spirit guide, and I asked it to tell me who was answering (they ALWAYS answer immediately, it freaked me out the first time!)...I went through a whole list including Lucifer and Azazel, but it kept saying NO, finally I said, "Satan, then?" and it began swinging Yes--wildly! But I recently had to get rid of an evil entity in my house...I am almost certain it is gone, b/c one of the Watchers pointed out to me it was there, in a most interesting way, and I've used very powerful banishing rituals. Still, using a board and pendulum I am STILL a little apprehensive if it actually is Satan I'm talking to...although he does appear to answer truthfully, so far. Any comments? Thanks.
