Ok so I have my ouija bord but my parents forbid me using it in the house because they think ill invite 'Evil' things in but is there anything I have to say to get a responce? is it like useing a phone? lol I'm not sure how to start it off do I say hello is anyone there or do I call out to my guardian? could you plz help me im not sure how to use it and will it work if i use it outside at night?

I don't think its a good idea to just say hello cuz you could be talking to anything. With a phone you don't just dial a random number, you dial a specific number that you wanna contact.
