I am real real want to have intetcourses w a demon.  Is there Anything that I need to do I am new to this group.  I have tried mediation but always get distracted.  I need you help

No one said that meditation is an easy thing which can be done overnight. You have to be practice and practice and be patient. If you get distracted, just bring your mind back to the meditation you're doing and don't worry about it. Just continue your meditation. I've been doing power meditations for almost 5 years and there're still times in which I get distracted. I get the least distracted when I do power meditations at 4 am before the sun has risen.
