New and have a few questions

As the title says, I'm new to Satanism and have a question before I commit myself to Satan. I smoke marijuana- usually being high most of the day. Should I be sober to perform the commitment or any rituals? I have no issue with doing so; I only want to know if it would be a good idea.

Dedication rite is very serious and you should be 100% sober and sure of your decision, as it will affect your entire lifetime and beyond. You should and even must be sober.

Doing drugs is a bad idea to begin with as it messes up your brain chemistry and weakens you spiritually in the long run. You should quit, but do as you please. Responsibility to the responsible.

Zevism are sober all the time. Marijuana is a dangerous drug it contains THC and it builds up in your fatty tisues - especially your brain. It take 30 days for it to come out of your system, in other words if you consume marijuana just once it will take 30 days for your body to expel it. Satan wants sober commited people. If your high all the time your no good to Satan or Yourself. If someone got drunk and pounded on your door would you let him in? Probably Not. Get sober and then Dedicate when you have a clear mind - it's the most serious decision you will ever make. Choose Wisely.

You can be high as long as your heart remains with lucifer I think. I know it can be a bad habit but I meditate on weed for music so I don't know. Honestly I would be sober before lord satan in respect to dedication so it's your choice
