Need Help to Stop Smoking Badly.

Hello everyone, I need help to quit smoking cigarettes Is there any demon to summon to help me stop? I need help badly, I'm starting to feel pain and an ache in my lungs and heart when I smoke, and that's a bad sign. I've tried to stop on my own but I just can't find the willpower to. Ive tried to stop by slowing down on smoking slowly but failed.Please help.

I've been there, no god will help you for a thing you can do on your own.
reducing cigarettes? Nope, that will just make you crave more and more till you smoke more than u smoked before.
You need to quit cold turkey and persist after that. I have noticed how Nicotine isnt the trouble but sociality is, let me explain, maybe u used to smoke whenever u were bored or waiting or after a coffee or just for "sociality" with your friends then those are the moments u will want to smoke in, if you can manage to go on with your daily life doing the same things u used to do without smoking u will succeed, if not you will fail.
Perhaps you could do a Ritual everytime u get a craving :P

Hey Brother/Sister . As a long term smoker i can tell you, you will need a strong will and dedication. I personally lack them when it comes smoking and 2 days ago i started smoking again after going 3 weeks clean. The cravings will always haunt you. I cant advise you demons because i cant work with them as my chakras not open but i can advise you to stop using branded cigarettes and roll your own cigarettes. Less chemical and less harmful (it is still quite harmful). Also you will find it hard to roll all the time so your smoking habbit may decrease. I hope you can achieve what i failed and get free from this.

If you want to do it badly enough, you will be able to do it. I quit after smoking for many years. Had no
patches or medicinal aids. I just bought out almost every Tootsie Roll Pop in the county to suck on--
because that helps in the desire to suck on a cigarette. And I didn't want to get fat, so I ate a lot of
popcorn to appease my cravings. Also, I did not quit cold turkey. I started with a pack, and each day
I dropped one cigarette down from the day before, until I came to about three a day. I did that for about a week, and then
I went cold turkey. I haven't smoked in years now. It takes a couple of years to completely get over the cravings,
but the worse will be over in just a few weeks. If you want to enough, you can do it.

You might summon a Demon to help, but I think you can do it on your own, if you really want to.

every time you have a craving tell yourself this ... I am feeling an urge to use and it makes me feel uncomfortable, this is not a real need it is a false message sent from my brain from years of repeated smoking.... go do something get your mind off it then later congratulate yourself for not smoking... example good job you didn't smoke. smoking kills.

be strong cravings only last 20 mins and completely stop after 3 months ... I smoke-free for 1 month but relapse today. was a cigar though so no 7000 chemicals in my body.

While having never been addicted to cigarettes I know many who have been, and can hopefully offer some helpful advice. Try to start using the patch or the gum. This works for some people, but it just doesn't stick for others. See if you can buy a electronic cigarette that is MEANT to help you quit. There are many E Cigs that have the same or even more nicotine than regular cigarettes and are just meant to keep you addicted. Now keep in mind that this has to be a temporary solution as you want to fully wean yourself off of dependence. Now onto the spiritual ways...Try starting a healing square. Use an affirmation like "I am no longer addicted to cigarettes in any form whatsoever, permanently. I am having no cravings." Remember to CONSTANTLY clean your aura and chakras and to do Aura of protection, this will help protect from the enemy trying to push you back into doing them. Hope this helps,HAIL SATAN!!!

I've been addicted to almost all the drugs available, alcohol and cigarettes I've kicked the drug habit twice and ive stopped drinking ive also stopped smoking several times with out rehab. Its easieer than you think you know what they say its mind over matter now this is true if you set youe mind on wanting to stop you can do it and you will see that its easier keep busy do your meditatio s ect like everyone else has said but go cold turkey do not use patches or gum as it will keep the nicotene in your system. The first two days is going to be the hardest as it takes 48 hours for the nicotene to leave your system after that its just the habit of picking a smoke up and lighting it mostly because you will be doing things where you use to smoke. I hope this helpsStrongs in your journey Hail Satan

I suggest an ecig. I'm quitting too so my parents don't find out. My friend is gonna buy me my own ecig so I don't have to keep having hers, so I'm gonna give her the money and she'll buy me the ecig and a couple of flavours.
To be honest, I actually prefer ecig to ordinary cigarettes. My lungs don't feel as dirty when I'm vaping, but if I'm smoking I feel like my lungs are struggling.
I feel I can breath a little bit easier if I vape for some reason.

While having never been addicted to cigarettes I know many who have been, and can hopefully offer some helpful advice. Try to start using the patch or the gum. This works for some people, but it just doesn't stick for others. See if you can buy a electronic cigarette that is MEANT to help you quit. I agree that Ecigs may be a way to stop addiction, but picking them up just to put cigarettes down is useless. 
Ecigs really aren't as much of a "miracle" as everyone says, there is still harmful chemicals in the juice going into your body. If you are able to just straight up quit cigarettes, do it. Don't get yourself addicted to Ecigs as well. 
I know many people who stopped cigarettes, went to Ecigs and got addicted to them. They do this because of how there are customizable flavors and different percents of nicotine. 
And please don't anybody try to say that Ecigs are helpful, they can be just as addicting as normal cigarettes and because they are so new we don't know just how damaging they are. 
The best bet is to just not do either and use meditation to get over the addiction. HAIL SATAN!!!

Its actually been proven that e cigs twisp Vape all of those are more harmful than just normal cigarettes, nicotine leaves your system within 48 hours so stopping and craving nicotine is over in 2 days its the habit of taking the smoke out and lighting that is harder but its doable

1) Replace the thing you want to change with something positive. IN the case of smoking, replace it with your health and fitness. Work hard and within a year your breathing exercises  will be greatly deepening your meditation, maybe you'll be running very fast for many miles or be lifting very heavy weights. Also you will just generally more relaxed and financially better off.
2) Make sure that the change is gradual. don't expect too much from yourself at once. Sometimes even taking the first step involves no more than 'thinking' about taking the first step, but many steps will create great change and will feel like less time has passed because there has been less stress.

Smoking as an addiction is you avoiding being your best self. Imagine getting to the end of your life and having to admit that you didn't have the self-awareness to live an impassioned life that made you happy. Get on it, get after it and GET SOME

I bought a pack ov cigarettes 3 days ago. I smoked one and left for work. On the way to work I felt very perturbed. I looked down at some point and saw the cigarettes, and I heard "It's time." It was my voice, but not my thought. When I got to work, I gave away the cigs, and I've only smoked one since then. I keep going for them out ov habit, but I lost all desire for them in that moment.

So don't doubt yourself. Just do it. It shouldn't be hard to make a good decision, right? It's just habit.
