I know who caused this but I ain't sure what it is yet..
I just experienced, something I have felt a number of times before, what felt like fluid draining up my neck into my head..and now a headache.
I confess I need to get back onto a yoga exercise routine..but after this last bout I feel awful..
some stupid chiropractor did this to me and my mother, I suffered the lesser of the two..it's been doing this off and on for years, and we have had issues since.
What might it be? What else can I do? I will be working on a magickal square for general healing, soon as I can, but that will be healing many things over its time..
