Also, it is best to discard whatever (usually they are negative, as they are stereotypes and viewpoints of the enemies of Satan) impressions or beliefs you have about Satan/Lucifer. The enemy religion of Christianity has said a lot of lies and negativity about him, and hollywood movies (with very rare and few exceptions) portray Satan positively.
If you decide to dedicate and embark on your journey with Satan, and the rest of the Gods and Goddesses of Hell (Demons and Demonesses), it will be the best decision you will have ever made.
Ultimately, it is up to you.
You get to know Satan and will see for yourself what a wonderful, wise, loving, positive, life-affirming Creator God he is.
Keep reading and studying. The Joy of Satan has great articles on it, and I personally loved the sermons by High Priestess Pythia, the founder of the Joy of Satan Ministries, when I was new to the website.

Pardon me, I made a typo. What I *MEANT* to write was:
Few hollywood movies portray Satan/Lucifer positively. The majority portray him and the Gods/Daemons of Elysium as horrendous monsters, out for blood sacrifice and to harass humans in the movies.
Obviously, these are not true of our Gods. These movies serve to denigrate and blaspheme our Gods and scare the populace back into church and far away from the Gods of Elysium.
Thankfully there are great websites that portray our Gods accurately, like this one below:

Hi.. I jus wrote Lucifer's prayer n wrote my  name in blood n Burt it.. Sorry for my ignorance.. I jus need help, n I believe he's my only chance.. Idk what I'm suppose to do to get ahold of him.. Pls help..

If you did the dedication and meant it then it's done. The next thing to to is start the 40 day meditation program on the JOS site and many people have posted the link for that on this e-group as well. You are new so if you don't "feel" anything that's ok. Most don't right away. But even if you don't think you feel any different, trust me, things will be different! You can still talk to Satan and he will hear you. One thing I noticed right away was even though I didn't hear a voice talking to me, I just had a strong desire to start eating healthy and to get back into shape.  You might not 'hear' him, but He is there. Just keep reading and studying the JOS site also... There's lots to learn...
