So I work at a doggy daycare in new york call Biscuits&baths..I'm a groomer...I make commission plus tips ..my managers are kiks they are stealing tips from me and other employees. The company knows this and has proof but won't do nothing won't fire them or anything..besides quit what can I do

Take the proof which is irrefutable to the New York state Department of Labor and make an official claim which the state is REQUIRED to investigate and take action against them for unfair labor practices. Also, be sure to read the agreement thoroughly which you signed upon entering into employment with the employer to make certain that there isn't some loophole they're going to try using as an excuse. Provided that it is in violation of state laws they will be in some trouble. :) Oh, in case you don't know where to find it here's the link for your state:
