My Intermediate Spiritual Program and Routine

AvatarKhem Nefermed1 min to read

This is a document containing the program I use for meditation, Yoga and the like, tweaked and chiseled to be used by others as well.

Read carefully, note the warnings and information on the first page, and see if it's a fit for you, or just give your opinion on it, or any suggestions, etc.

Any questions about it are also best asked here, as they may help others.

!Use this PDF File Instead!

The version that I uploaded is a bit messed up as far as page spacing due to an error on my part.
This version should look more neat.

It is very similar to my current program.

I find it very balanced.

Your post inspired me to document a system for my routine aswell. I have my routine scattered everywhere, Trello, Notepads, Notebooks, lol.

Thanks!

I'm still learning, the same way as you do, the same way as we all do.

I use Obsidian for organized notes and paper notebooks for more hasty notes taken right away, after meditating or similar things.
It's definitely helpful.
