Mini Mediation Sessions

Something I’ve found useful that I’d like to share is doing mini meditation sessions throughout the day when I start to feel a bit tired

Just a quick 10 minutes of AC, AOP, CS to pick myself back up

I’ve found it especially useful when I haven’t been able to do a full session due to traveling or lack of privacy

Much better than missing a session

Yeah, that's good. It's a lot easier than throwing away a whole day. And even if a day is gone, it's not a big loss. We shouldn't force our souls to do anything.
