I admit, I don't know what clergy post you're talking about, but if it did say that, it probably referred to friends who are a bad influence. Yes, this includes those who do drugs, because in itself, this behavior is harmful. Even if it's not 100% that someone whose friends do drugs will get addicted, it's an unhealthy environment to be in, and the probability rises if you have had bad experiences around substances before. Let's say you are a lucky case where this type of environment doesn't do much impact. It's still something that has to be discouraged because you can't guarantee the same smooth fate for others who are in the same situation.

After they understandably fail, they start to think the teachings must be wrong, and then they give up. If you spend some years meditating, opening, purifying and empowering yourself, then try the workings again, I have strong doubts you'll get the same results. Not everyone is the same - those who are naturally better trained their soul in past lives, or advantages in this domain can be seen in their chart for this life. Learn the difference between something not working out and an entire system lying to you or controlling you.

In some small towns, gaming halls are being closed, and this is happening all across the country. There are accidents and judicial investigations against casino owners. A gaming hall in my town was left with only one machine for a while, though I don't know the reason. I'm not saying that I caused these minor damages to them, but things will certainly change because I'm not the only one who sees this river—the entire society, those who are truly down to earth, sees it too
