Normally, I prefer to do them aloud but there's been a a couple of
occasions
where I've had to do them mentally (I haven't had to resort to the
library yet,
but I'm sure that'll happen one day - LOL) or they wouldn't get done,
and (this
is a bit hard to describe) I still felt the vibrations right through
my body and
beyond. So it DOES work. I prefer to think of it as doing them
"silently".
