Can anyone tell me a daily program I can use as a beginner? I'd like to make my energy and aura stronger while i'm opening my 3rd eye and the rest of my chakra's.

I was using a ouija board today, there was no response from the board(or any entity on the board), however my dog started making some weird noises, almost like he was crying. Since then he's been acting a little strangely, more emotional in general and very much more caring towards me. Has something effected/entered him? What could cause this if not?
