Meditation in the Astral?

You don't have to astral project to interact on the astral. Working with energy is actually interacting with the astral. You can mentally project onto the astral, build a temple and then invite your Guardian Demon to come in. That's how I interacted with the demons when I was a newer Satanis. Now anytime I want to see one, I just tune into the astral and visualize the demon I wish to speak to. I interact with the demons and the astral with my avatar, my avatar being an extension of myself.

Try putting yourself into a trance, visualizing and constructing the temple then inviting your Guardian to come in.
