Ok here goes, just created it this morning in school.
p.s. i put this in sections as there are options within this
meditation, just easier to understand. Also this meditation is
strictly energy manipulation with your mind, good practise along with
great power.
1) Acknowledge all of the energy in the room, keep packing it around
you but not in you, wait until more energy comes back into the room,
pack it into the energy that is around you, you should make it spin
around you which it increases the vibration of your aura, making it
stronger.
Now you can either,
A) Bring it all into your body and amplify the soul/aura itself (just
fill your body with it)
B)Bring it into your shushumna (the line connecting all of your
chakras), to strengthen it so your kundalini can move through it freely.
C) Bring it into your shushumna break it into 7 parts and put that
energy into your 7 chakras.
D) This one is a bit technical, you can bring all that energy and
condence it into a "ball" and force it into a specifc chakra (MAJORLY
strengthening it) or say you want to help your kundalini, put the
energy into it, it will help the process of ascention. If your
kundalini is in your 6th/7th chakra, condence the energy into the size
of your head and fill it, it will not only strenghtne the kundalini,
but also strenghten both chakras so they can deal with the energy more.
E) If you want to move the kundalini when the energy is in your
shushumna force it up ( i visualize my hands cupped under the energy
pushing it up) while moving the kundalini with it, and force all of
the energy through the top of your head, though it seems to be a waist
of energy, it works really well and you can bring the energy back into
your shushumna and repeat.
As a last thought i suggest be carefull, my chakras have been
strengthened by the kundalini, and still REALLY heats up when i do
this meditation, if your kundalini hasn't strenghtened your chakras
take it slow. Be careful and gradually go to a nice energy intake for
you. Like Maxine says, fear holds you back but caution (while using
common sence) is what helps you. Use common sence here don't hurt
yourself.
