A good book I found about plants and herbs is "20 000 Secrets of Tea" by Victoria Zak.It's not just about herbal teas, it gives you a bunch of other ways you can use the plants and herbs. Lots of good info, and arranged in alphabetical order as well as an easy to find ailment/cure system at the back.
