Possibly the hard "TH" into the the 3rd eye, temples and rear 6th. If you open and empower the 6th chakra and it's extensions then the ability to hear on the astral should become much easier. Hope this helps.

How would you vibrate Isis? iiieeessssiiiiiisss? ie as in pie, a as in Satan, ii as in sit ,a as in Satan? I'm still having trouble with my third eye...I can't focus well on it because my first and second eyes are more active. :/ I'm pronouncing it right, because my 1st&2nd eye start like pulsing. In fact whenever it's the hour of the moon or when my third eye is supposed to be more active those to points go crazy.
