I'm reading the book Iron shirt chi kung by Mantak chia and found some of what he says to be quite interesting. Are his teachings about chi legit?

Read it the Satanic way, he does have some RHP nonsense like celibacy and such stinking up certain pages.

I actually haven't done any yet. I was waiting for some input before I got started. I will try them, record my experiences in my book and post them here for those who are interested.
