Hello, brothers & sisters! I've a question about assisted weight loss. I'm aware of the meditation on blacksun666, but does anyone know of another method to use in conjunction with it? I'd like to lose about 15-20 lbs., & any advice I would be grateful for!

I forgot to mention I go to the gym every other day & eat healthy. I'd just like to capitalize on any plausible method.
