The Empire must have a very well-constructed mechanism or rulebook of selection for individuals regarding positions of power and influence.
This mechanism can be or not public for the majority regarding the circumstances of the future.
Testing people to determine various aptitudes and skills can be done from early school to adulthood and it does not have to be socially presented as an additional factor of stress. Just like an IQ test, various trials can be made for fun and friendly competition and not graded in public school or represent a selection factor in the workforce. Rather it should be an input for the secret services database which monitors the aptitudes and skills that people have. In opposition with the enemy this is not done to see how to impede the individuals as we aim to develop not to be a destructive parasite.
The idea is to have a detailed report of each individual’s traits: morality, integrity, intelligence, the ability to make correlations, physical aptitudes, how well one fairs in threatening situations, how well one resists to social pressure and so on.
In an ideal society or at least close to ideal, one’s integrity may not be revealed as clear as in times of moral decay. Simulating such a situation is difficult and our goal is not to bring back society to what in once was. Although, education and spiritual training do often compensate the training that such a fallen state of society offers to the strong spirits.
Simulations are never as tough as real-life situations as realistic as they may play out. Individuals who willingly take part in such trainings must be reminded of past situations, how fear and social pressure made cowards who once seemed as nice people, act deplorably.
The past, the history, especially the times we live as I am writing this, must be very well documented and studied for centuries to come. All the war with all it’s components must be fully understood. The impersonation of factions which had to be discredited, the massive social pressure, the lies, manipulations and message distortion, the havoc on rhetorics and playing with notions and definitions are all part of the war of finesse the enemy played at this point. Prior to this historical interval, there were the hidden wars and the fear, physical and intimidation factors which lacked subtlety.
The Empire will have to find ways to simulate and test people in such situations for positions of influence and also bring mass awareness about those methods and tactics. As previously elaborated, this is best done through cinematography and means of entertainment, rather that school or other mechanisms that may, in case of error, make the receptor reject the message. We must study psychology and understand it hundreds of times better than the enemy and use it with good-will.
