I would do it in your astral temple, but I also think it would show a lot of dedication and respect if you would over come your fear as it is just a candle fire. if you choose to use a candle fire then i would use a metal pan as well to let it burn safely.

but if you cannot by any means, then I would say memorize what you said and do it in your astral temple. imagine/visualize blue fire burning your ritual paper.

Oh, since I can't burn the paper in the flame since I can't use candles, could I just imagine seeing flames and seeing the paper burn, with great intention and concentration?
