A large amount at once?Well, do whatever's most comfortable to you... Do not overdo it. And do not do it for one day or something... Keep always your energies high, so whatever you choose for one day, do for the rest as well.

i dont know for what you are using those energies but i think in any case streaming it would be better. i guess if its an attack a large burst is preferred. if its on yourself your soul will need time to " absorb " the energy, i think.
