Hello. I'm working on my kundalini and am close to having it rise all the way. I have read the whole jos site but need more info-i've also done many internet searchs.I don't want more info about Kundalini yoga.Please answer this post-my last one wasn't answered at all.

What do you need more info on? Do u think ur chakras are open enough yet and ur just looking for the final thing to raise it? Meditation-wise the merkaba and the single/twin serpent meditations would work well. Also some runes help it ascend. I think Sowilo and Eihwaz are two runes that help. Since kundalini is sealed in the base chakra anything stimulating it would help too. hope that helps ya out :)

Try putting all your witchpower in a ball, and push the ball into kundalini and that will stimulate it a lot. It's called the "shortcut" meditation. All your chakras need to be wide open, and your sushumna needs to be open enough as well. Kundalini yoga is incredibly important in making it rise. Also, note that there can be disastrous results if you aren't careful and don't channel the energy properly.
