I am having knee pain for 4-5 days. The pain occurs when i move knee after say half an hour and then i fold my knees for an hour or more. The pain is accompanied by clicking sound of knee. (That knee made clicking sound even when i did not had pain). I supplemented by having some boron, magnesium(from milk of magnesia) and calcium. The pain does not occur when i walk. After getting the knee in motion the pain does not occur.

There are fluids in your body that rely on movement to be circulated, as opposed to being pumped as with your blood. Clicking sounds could be a sign that your ligaments, cartilage, bones, etc are grinding together because they're not getting lubricated, which explains why it goes away when you become active.

I had this once in another part of the body, but I don't remember having any pain. That sounds concerning. If you're not active already, try to be, and consider seeing a doctor.

Guys. A good news for you all. My pain went away totally. I am writing this also after i read HP Shanon's "Movement" sermon. Yes i did do some walking. All that happened in winter when it was fucking cold. This is first time in my life I have shifted to a cold place for that long. Now the pain is non existant or even no pressure feeling. Clicking sound maybe still happens but it is very less frequently. After the pain reduced I even had vitamin d supplements. I think vitamin d from milk is not absorbed as well in body as one from sun or from supplements. While borax did provide me with releif in start I dont recommend it's long term use. I found out that it is used in Ayurveda as well. In American flouridated water it does neutralise Flouride and it acted as a anti inflamatory agent along with providing boron.
