Is this what an aura should look like

kat66619901 min to read

I only just opened my third eye (I think) and I've started trying to see my aura. I want to know if it's actually my aura I'm seeing or my mind playing tricks on me.

At first I was focusing on my hand and it's sort of like within a half centimetre area around my fingers, it was clear, like looking through a dirty window and they were the only clear spots, I think I noticed a faint bit of purple too (could just be my mind messing with me though.) When I focused a little bit more it was like my whole hand and arm got this really fuzzy haze around it that was hard to see through.

Whenever I blinked or moved my eyes the tiniest bit, it seemed to disappear or fade a little and at the moment, it's really hard to focus on it for more than a few seconds. Am I describing what my aura should look like or is it an individual thing?

you may not notice auras for a while but when you're sure you'll know at that moment how long you've been seeing them. auras look like shadows but light though...put your fingers together with you hand on a computer desk with the screen on in a dark room.. the shadows on the side of your fingers that's what aura look like.
or to test your 3rd eye go in a white painted room lay on your back and put your hand in the air and look in between 2 fingers you will see it
