I recommend cod liver oils which are distilled and thus purified from PCBs and such. I find no such indication here. Also, personal preference- I like when no synthetic vitamin d is added. That's a big reason I like cod liver oil. It is a natural source of vitamin d. I don't know what they do but some brands' methods of processing must destroy it and then they add synthetic in. Look at the labels. Twinlab seems like a decent brand to me.
If that is the only cod liver source you can get, then its fine. Just don't ever get rancid or fermented cod liver oil/ Sometimes I supplement with Emu oil, pure red Palm oil from West Africa with a mix of coconut oil and or edible shea butter. This supplies my body with healthy fats of Vitamin A and D and other good ones.
If I get Cod liver oil I get mine from Nordic naturals or Rosita Extra version Cod live roil. Good wild and raw brands.

Twinlab is not in Europe, unfortunately. That would mean I'd have to wait one month extra for customs, and of course customs fees.

Thank you both for your suggestions.
